Angie Hatfield
President
Angie is the founder of Brianna’s 2nd Chance Inc., a purpose-driven organization dedicated to prevention, second chances, and community empowerment. Guided by lived experience, she has built the organization to support at-risk youth, justice-impacted individuals, and families through mentorship, education, and innovative prevention strategies. Angie is passionate about transforming pain into purpose, using her voice and leadership to create pathways for healing, resilience, and opportunity. Through her work, she continues to inspire hope and drive meaningful change in the communities she serves.

David Chaveco
Vice President
David is a devoted pastor, husband, and father as well as an inspirational motivational speaker working with youth and communities, particularly as the VP of Brianna's 2nd Chance Inc. He is the Chairman of Credible Messengers of Florida and has built a reputation on transparency, authenticity, and servant leadership, assisting people in finding their path and purpose. His philanthropic work is rooted in empathy, guidance, and empowerment.

Madissen Charles
Secretary
Madissen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and is actively pursuing her Masters. She works in the behavioral health field, supporting individuals and families who are navigating recovery. Madissen is actively involved in the organization contributing to outreach, volunteer engagement, and youth-focused initiatives. She is passionate about expanding access to care and creating supportive and stigma-free environments for adolescents.

Deborah Walde
Treasurer
Deborah is a registered nurse with 47 years of experience in multiple specialties including nephrology, wound care, intensive care, and administration. She is presented situated in South Florida at a Level One trauma hospital where as a wound and ostomy RN specialist.

Marsia Brana
Officer
Marsia is a dedicated criminal justice advocate with over five years of experience supporting individuals serving life sentences and working toward meaningful prison reform. Her work is driven by a deep belief in second chances, rehabilitation, and the power of informed choices. In her role in Brianna's 2nd Chance Inc, Marsia is committed helping youth make positive decisions and avoid the path of substance abuse.

Dominic Camargo
Officer
Dominic brings both personal passion and professional insight to the organization’s mission. As Brianna’s brother and lifelong best friend, his commitment is deeply rooted in love, loss, and a desire to create meaningful change for others facing similar challenges. A successful business owner and devoted father, Dominic offers strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a grounded perspective shaped by real-life experience. He is dedicated to helping build opportunities for youth and families, ensuring that Brianna’s legacy lives on through impactful programs that inspire resilience, accountability, and second chances.

Antwain Henry
Officer
Antwain brings well-rounded knowledge and experience to Brianna's 2nd Chance Inc. He is a United States military veteran, a poet, a community activist, and a motivational public speaker. As a Future Fuel facilitator and trainer, he brings lived experiences of substance abuse and incarceration to the conversation creating a supportive and transparent environment.

Nancy Ward
Officer
Nancy is a retired nurse and with her compassionate spirit and heart for service, Nancy brings a steady presence and a deep commitment to strengthening families and uplifting youth in the community. Her passion for helping others is reflected in her willingness to serve, advocate, and contribute wherever needed. Nancy believes in the power of connection, mentorship, and community-driven solutions, and she plays an important role in advancing programs that create hope, healing, and lasting impact.

Kim White
Officer
Kim is a mother of three, former special education professional, and a dedicated advocate for prison reform in Florida. Inspired by her own lived experience, she works tirelessly to raise awareness and encourage positive change within the system. Kim is well-versed in youth mentorship as a Boy Scout troop leader and 4-H leader in her community. An avid animal lover, she has trained her German Shepherd in Schutzhund and enjoys caring for her horses, chickens, cats, and dogs in her spare time.
