Harm reduction isn’t just about drugs. It’s a life skill that you use already.
Examples:
Wearing helmets when biking.
Using condoms to prevent STIs.
Locking doors at night.
Setting screen-time limits to protect mental health.
When you look at it this way, harm reduction is about making informed, safer choices in all areas of life. You already practice harm reduction. The goal is to apply that same mindset everywhere - substances, relationships, online life, and beyond.
